From the moment I entered this warm and welcoming space I knew I was going to have a great experience. Prem was very professional from her thorough collection of medical information to her own assessment of my alignment and tight areas before the massage began. I chose a combo remedial and relaxation massage. After suffering a sore neck for months as well as lower back pain I came out feeling very free in my movements and so relaxed. Would probably go for full remedial next time and will definitely be back.
Highly recommended! I revisited Shakti massage for an ongoing shoulder issue. In one treatment of the remedial/relax combo the difference was amazing and I left feeling pain free and totally relaxed. I felt in safe hands with a practitioner who really knows her stuff and worked precisely where I needed it.
Wow what an experience! My wife and i were looking for a reset after a long week and we couldn't have found a better healer than Prem. She was thorough, attentive and inquisitive. She's clearly very experienced and genuinely wanted to lift us both up, which she did, as if like magic. Sadly I don't think I'll get this sort of experience again, but I'm grateful to have found Shakti Massage. I have had many massages and I must say that Shakti Massage has been 1 of the best treatments I have ever received! I booked in for a remedial relaxation combo and was treated by Premashakti, she was very knowledgeable, informative and knew exactly what she was doing. I went to Premashakti with a very tight and tired body but by the end of my massage, I had better range and movement of my body and felt extremely relaxed.
